We like that they keep their merchants up to date with fraud protection policies and actions to take to remain secure. It is valuable to us to always reach a live UMS customer service agent during normal business hours and the service processor 24/7.
Got auto approved and merchant closed without any notification until i called weeks later asking why. A review took over 2 weeks and took a month just for me to find out again by calling and emailing many times that my account was closed.
