The owner of Once Upon A Time is truly delightful and loves children's literature. I was very impressed at the LA Festival of Books with the number of authors she helped to pull into the event.
Good little children's bookstore. Have a store cat that is freindly which is good to kill time waiting for kids to make a selection

there's an elder lady that works there that is VERY helpful God bless her soul this bookstore is not very big and i go regularly perhaps twice every week unfortunately i ONLY find what i am looking for 30% of the time.BUT you got to LOVE the Once Upon A Time Bookstore environment and this is why i enjoy spending time looking for things that i know aren't going to be there.
