Old AMF Bowling that is an authentic original lanes not a retro imitation. Helpful staff and shoe rental available, but bowling shoes not required. Great for kids parties and other group events where you can rent the whole place. Mirror disco ball if you want night party bowling. Plenty of bowling balls available. Would be 5 stars but lanes and equipment are worn and sometimes malfunction, so not a place for professional bowlers. Snack bar includes Coca-Cola fountain drinks and a fair variety of bottled beers and a wide-screen TV. Visit while you can before video games and smart phones drive them out of business.

Small and quaint. Perfect for private events. Decor not that interesting.
My friend had a birthday party for his eight year old son, and 30 of his closest friends, at Montrose Bowl. We, big kids and small kids, all had a blast! We bowled and did not keep score.... just bowled, ate good food and had good old fashioned fun! Highly recommended for a party of any kind!!
