Laundry mat assistant is very rude and has very poor costumer service. Comments towards us are very sarcastic! This is the last time I come! I suggest if you'd like to have a good time washing and folding , this is not the place to come to !
Always clean, new machines, but is a private property, respect.
I am a local father who has used this business for years out if necessity because they are close to my home in LA Crescenta. My first day here the man who claims he is the owner yelled at my wife for shutting the door too hard. Over the years I have watched this man verbally abuse women for the silliest of things. Today my wife was told to never return because she had the nerve to say something when she saw him belittling another woman. Many times I have come, the place is empty except for the three men who sit around and speak in their native language. I believe this laundry mat is a front to launder money for the local Armenian mob.
Only 1 parking space and when owner is there he takes it. Looks clean but many washers or dryers don't work and if you fill out a refund card they ignore it. Owner is VERY RUDE. AVOID
