Because of the incompetence of one of the agents (Anet), my mom is stuck with a ticket for Nov. when she asked Anet for a ticket in Sept. She will miss the birth of her grandchild because of the agency's error. When I called to speak to a supervisor to rectify the situation, instead of having a productive conversation, I was met with hostility. He yelled at me and wouldn't stop his rant to allow me a word in.
