They're fixing my bike this is a the best place.
I recently took my bike to this location to put a rear wheel on. I was told that I would get a phone call to let me know if the wheel I provided would work and how much it would cost me. After 3 weeks of no information, I followed up twice, they claimed that they were busy and needed more time. After about a month, I they told me the bike was ready. When I got there, they charged me $75 just to install a rear wheel I had given to them. I will never return to this place. This place used to have great work ethics and integrity. Now, it is worse than any other shop I have seen.
Lee just put a new derailleur on my Trek Madone. He diagnosed what issues I was having and did a brilliant job of keeping me informed, and what he was doing with it. I will be using him for my bike's future needs. 2/29/16
I love this family owned bike shop! Their prices are great and they are so friendly! I always recommend this place.
I feel cheated. I know nothing about bikes, and they exploited this. About a year ago, I took my bike here to fix my flat tire. They told me that my tube needed to be replaced, and charged me $75 for parts and labor. That same tire went flat today, and I took my bike to a big store (Performance Bikes) to get it fixed. The guys at the big store told me that my tube needed to be replaced, and charged me $17 for parts and labor. I'm all for supporting small businesses, but shame on Bicycle Land!
