I tried doing the job myself but didn't have a tool to finish the job so I went here to see if they could help me out. Instead I get the reception I got. I tried to ask for a discount as I was almost about to bite into the rip off and was desperate to get it done and get on my bike but instead he tells me "don't ask me for a discount you come here and I am willing to do this for you with 1/2 an hour left before closing and you ask me for a discount." I told him it doesn't hurt to ask. But he kept on going on arrogantly. So I got up and said thank you and left. He embarrassed me in from of other people as he loudly spoke to me.
I am sorry but the people here, just as the previous reviewer stated are unfriendly, arrogant and tried to rip me off. I needed some quick assistance to adjust my breaks and this guy wanted to charge me $30.00.

I was very happy with the service I received. I went in for service for my shoes. Actually I was looking for two screws. They searched the shop high and low and came up with the parts I needed. The shop is displayed nicely and the prices were fair.
I work for a service oriented company and I would have fired him, if he was my employee, for treating his customer this way.
Very bad experience. My husband took our son's bike to be fixed last week. They told him to come after week. So he went today and they couldn't find the bike. Nothing was fixed, he had to take another shop, where they fixed right away and charged a little. Very poor service and bad communication.
