I came here to get an accessory for my surface, and had a great experience. Tommy was very friendly and helped me to easily get what I needed.
I've purchased a couple computers from this location and the service is hit or miss. I came in Sunday morning (7/16l17) to replace part of a charger and they were still setting up their kiosk 10 min after opening. The woman who I spoke with wasn't making eye contact and wasn't interested in helping me. Today was definitely a miss.
I am frustrated and disappointed.
