Worst patient service ever. The prescription did not clear up my sinus infection. I called after the test results were back and BEGGED for a new prescription. Only the nurse called and told me that she would try to get the doctor to call me. No one ever left a message and after 8 days, I still have no effective medicine. Koutnoyan wasted my time and money.
Horrible staff. Rude, unprofessional and completely dishonest. Worst place to come to.
Dr. Koutnouyan was patient with me and validated all my concerns. He took care of my immediate issues and we discussed long term plans. The office staff was very knowledgable and prepared for my visit. And the office is clean, fresh and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr Koutnouyan.
