Arrogant, does not listen, dismissive, he apparently had never even heard of my very common neurological condition, and more... painful to talk about... worst experience of my life with any so-called "professional". Borderline traumatizing this mean man who made totally inaccurate and cruel aspersions against me after 10 mins of talking and did not communicate or seem to care at all about anything I had to say. I'm shocked this insensitive man deals with children.

"Dr." Simonian is the most disrespectful man I have ever met. He told me I probably think I'm bipolar because it's "in fashion". He took a total of 20 minutes to "diagnose" me, only to tell me after that there was nothing wrong with me. He kept pressuring me and my mom to make another appointment so we can "talk". He is only in business to make money and does not listen to anything you have to say. DO NOT RECOMMEND. AT ALL.
Dr Simonian did an assessment in less than 15 minutes. I don't care how much experience a Psychiatrist has, 15 minutes is not enough time to assess any mental health issues. He was not only uninterested he refused to read reports. He did not even know what I was talking about. I would not recommend seeing this poor excuse for a Psychiatrist. First meeting…15 minutes. That says it all. Quack.
GREAT doctor. He's very patient, is careful to listen while taking note. Do not mistake his subtleties for a lack of interest... this just seems to be his way. I have dealt with depression and anxiety since I was young, on and off meds.. Because of Dr. Simonian Ive been able to successfully stop taking meds, kick my depression and curb my anxiety. Highly recommend him!
